VIP Discount
1. Guest Room
* Priority of room reservation with special privileges.
* Late check out till 2:00 p.m. depending on room availability.
* Complimentary welcome drink.
* 20% discount on laundry & valet services.
* 20% discount on Business Center services except long-distance calls and fax transmissions.
2. Food & Beverage
* 12% discount on Food & Beverage consumption except banquets, seafood, titbit, wine, cigarettes, special discounted
¡¡itemsand room service.
* If discounted prices have been given for food & beverage promotions in the hotel, the above discount is not applicable.
* Priority of reservation for table and VIP rooms.
3. Entertainment
* 20% discount on KTV room rental.
* Priority of reservation for special performances.
4. Other Facilities
* 20% discount at the hotel¡¯s Beauty Salon.
* Special discount at the Shooting Club.
* 20% discount at the Gym and Swimming Pool (hotel guest free of charge).
* Enjoy the promotional items of Foot Care Center.
* 10% discount off on Hotel taxi rental.
Remarks: No additional discount for promotional items at special prices.
Credit Facilities
If credit arrangement has been established, the cardholder is entitled to signing bills on credit for monthly settlements.
Bonus Points Accumulation
For every RMB 100 spent at the following venues, bonus points will be accumulated. For example: Rooms (4 pts), Western restaurant (3 pts), Japanese restaurant (3 pts), Entertainment (3 pts), Sauna (3 pts), Foot-massage (3 pts), Chinese restaurant (2 pts). Each bonus points is equivalent to RMB1.00. The more you spent, the more bonus points you get. Cardholder can start spending the bonus points whenever they reach 100 points. The bonus points will be deducted automatically from the VIP card after consumption.
Pre-pay Facilities
Cardholder can pre-pay an amount and credit it into the VIP Card. (minimum RMB 1,000.00). The amount will be deducted after consumption and bonus points will be accumulated.

1. Issuance of this VIP card is at discretion of the hotel.
2. If the cardholder violates the laws of the People¡¯s Republic of China, his VIP card privileges will be cancelled
¡¡automatically.
3. This VIP card has no validity date. The Hotel can terminate the use of the VIP card with or without prior notice to
¡¡cardholders.
4. The Regal Palace Hotel reserves the right to change or amend the rules and regulations without prior notice. The amount
¡¡credited in the individual VIP card will not be affected.
5. The card number must be given when making reservations. Cardholder must present the VIP card prior to any
¡¡consumption or upon check-out. Failure to do so, bonus points and discount will not be offered.
6. If a VIP card is lost or damaged, the cardholder must notify the Hotel Sales & Marketing Department immediately.
¡¡RMB50.00 will be charged for reissue. The Hotel is not liable for any financial loss thus incurred.
7. The cardholder should notify the Hotel Sales & Marketing Department when there is a change in personal information or
¡¡address.

8. For bonus points inquiry, please contact the Sales & Marketing Department or any cashier at the Hotel.
9. No cash refund for accumulated bonus points.
10. The prepaid amount of each VIP card enjoys no interest, which is non-transferable and non-refundable.
11. If a prepaid amount in the card is misused by a non-cardholder, the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or

12. The Regal Palace Hotel reserves the right to explain the rules and regulations as stated above.
13. The use of the VIP card signifies that the cardholder agrees and accepts the rules and regulations stated herein. |
